Odd-Width Awareness
Unlike 6×6 or 8×8, a 7-wide grid has a true center column (col 3) and center row (row 3). Numbers on this center line have fewer symmetric options, making them stronger anchors.
Large Prime Trap
Primes 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43, 47 can appear in 7×7. Each must be a straight line — but in a 7×7 grid, anything above 7 must go vertically. A "23" is always 23×1 vertical. Use this to lock down columns early.
